The most important traits of a VA, Someone who is trust-worthy- it will take a while for you to establish trust with your virtual assistant. In the beginning you can ask for referrals so that you know that the virtual assistant is someone that can do satisfactory work. When you have already hired a VA, then look for signs that he or she is trust-worthy.
